Job Summary

Guiding a team in a hybrid remote environment, the full-time Revenue Cycle Team Lead will optimize processes, ensure operational excellence, and support employee development within the revenue cycle functions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities and operational performance of the Revenue Cycle team
• Provides orientation, training, and mentoring to new employees to meet established objectives
• Analyzes data to improve financial and operational results and recommends actions to leadership

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year of healthcare billing experience or equivalent education/certification
• Preferred: Associate degree in any field
• Preferred: Two years of behavioral health experience
• Preferred: One year of supervisory experience
