Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare technology provider, the full-time Revenue Cycle Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for Revenue Cycle staff, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring quality outcomes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead training activities, curriculum design, and development related to revenue cycle operations
• Collaborate with revenue cycle teams to identify training needs and adapt programs based on performance data
• Conduct needs assessments and create strategies to enhance training effectiveness and support business functions

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Epic revenue cycle applications and processes
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations, including billing and claims management
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs tailored to various learning needs
• Proficiency in medical coding systems and healthcare information systems
• Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
