Job Summary

Empowering teams through effective training, the full-time Revenue Cycle Trainer will deliver engaging classroom and virtual sessions focused on Revenue Cycle processes, technical skills, and adult learning principles in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions on patient inquiries, insurance handling, payment collection, and claim resolution
• Provide instruction on tools such as Epic, OnBase, and electronic eligibility verification systems
• Monitor learner progress and update training curricula based on evaluations and emerging technologies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, education, or instructional design, preferably in Revenue Cycle or healthcare operations
• Expertise in adult learning principles
• Proficiency with Epic and related Revenue Cycle tools
• Ability to manage multiple training programs effectively
