Revenue Cycle Transformation Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the advancement of the Revenue Cycle Management transformation program, the full-time Revenue Cycle Transformation Manager will provide analytical and coordination support across various RCM functions, focusing on process improvement and operational excellence in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support current-state RCM diagnostics by gathering, validating, and analyzing operational and financial data
• Document current-state process workflows and assist in designing future-state processes for assigned RCM functions
• Execute assigned tasks within RCM transformation workstreams, including data pulls and stakeholder interviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations, healthcare finance, or healthcare-focused strategy consulting
• Hands-on experience in one or more back- or middle-office RCM functions such as coding, billing, or denials management
• Ability to analyze RCM operational and financial data accurately under time pressure
• Working knowledge of Epic revenue cycle modules and reporting tools
