Revenue Insights Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time Revenue Insights Analyst will build and maintain data dashboards, analyze funnel performance, and provide actionable insights to enhance decision-making for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports across the GTM funnel using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Salesforce
- Analyze funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with RevOps leadership to support forecasting and planning processes with reliable data analysis
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, or business intelligence, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Solid understanding of SaaS revenue metrics including ARR, conversion rates, and churn
- Experience working with Salesforce and/or HubSpot data
- Exceptional data storytelling skills to convey complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders
