Revenue Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a subject matter expert in revenue capture, the full-time Revenue Integrity Analyst will support accurate and compliant revenue processes from patient care to billing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize Epic and other revenue cycle systems to manage work queues, investigate charge-related edits, and analyze revenue integrity trends
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to identify and resolve revenue capture issues, optimizing charge accuracy and reducing claim denials
• Provide education and training on charge capture, coding, billing, and compliance to stakeholders across the organization

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in a healthcare environment with chargemaster and revenue cycle processes
• Hands-on experience working in Epic, including revenue cycle workqueues and charge-related edit resolution
• Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, Nursing, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• Knowledge of healthcare code sets, including CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10
• Understanding of reimbursement methodologies such as DRG, OPPS, and managed care
