Revenue Integrity Associate Director

Job Summary

Managing operational oversight of the Revenue Integrity Analyst team, the full-time remote Revenue Integrity Associate Director will educate and develop team members, implement process improvements, and troubleshoot inquiries from stakeholders to ensure revenue optimization and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor financial data related to charge capture and implement process improvements to enhance revenue optimization
• Provide operational oversight of revenue integrity staff and liaise with clinical and operational departments to address charge issues
• Develop and manage Revenue Integrity Specialists, guiding them in analyzing and correcting deficient charging trends

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of recent experience in Revenue Integrity
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, including performance management of direct reports
• Thorough knowledge of ICD/DRG and CPT coding principles
• Proficiency in healthcare coding and billing processes
