Revenue Integrity Director

Job Summary

Leading the development of Revenue Cycle performance metrics, the full-time remote Revenue Integrity Director will provide analytics, reporting, and process improvement across Michigan Medicine and U-M Health, while partnering with various departments to enhance operational effectiveness and decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and utilize standardized Revenue Cycle performance metrics and dashboards to monitor operational and financial results
• Analyze trends, performance drivers, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for process improvements
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Epic workflows and collaborate with IT and analytics teams to optimize reporting capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health administration, healthcare informatics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle or informatics
• Significant experience with Epic applications and reporting tools
• Proven ability to develop performance measures and reporting solutions for decision-making
• Demonstrated leadership experience with cross-functional teams and projects
