Job Summary

Managing day-to-day operations, the full-time remote Revenue Integrity Manager will oversee charge capture, reconciliation, and compliance to ensure accurate billing and revenue protection across the health system.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational management of Revenue Integrity functions, including charge capture and compliance
• Collaborate with various departments to implement changes and resolve charging issues
• Ensure timely charge generation and optimize reimbursement processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
• 5 years of relevant experience required; 8-12 years preferred
• Experience in revenue cycle management and charge reconciliation
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and billing practices
• Proven leadership skills in a healthcare setting
