Revenue Integrity Manager

Job Summary

Managing all Revenue Integrity and charge capture activities, the full-time salaried Revenue Integrity Manager will implement departmental plans, ensure compliant charge capture practices, and drive performance improvements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee revenue integrity activities, ensuring timely claims submission and compliance across all Ensemble clients
• Develop and maintain training programs for staff, focusing on charge capture education and performance management
• Prepare analytical reports and establish departmental goals to optimize performance and enhance customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of overall work experience, with 3 to 5 years in people leadership roles
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or Healthcare
• Legally required certification in relevant fields, such as CRCR through HFMA or equivalent
• 5 or more years of experience in Revenue Integrity or Revenue Cycle Operations
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, charge capture, and billing practices
