Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Specialist responsible for identifying underpaid payment discrepancies for various payor plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze assigned accounts daily to validate payment discrepancies against contract terms
- Contact insurance companies on underpaid accounts to collect the underpaid portion and submit necessary appeal letters
- Prepare Excel analysis, including VLookups and pivot tables, and run accurate reports from software tools
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience in a role requiring strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Typing proficiency and experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
