Revenue Integrity Supervisor

Job Summary

To ensure operational excellence in the Revenue Integrity Program, the full-time salaried Revenue Integrity Supervisor will oversee staff and daily processes related to charge capture, compliance, and billing accuracy while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operational processes including charge capture, billing edits, and compliance reviews to meet quality and productivity goals
• Collaborate with Compliance Office and other stakeholders to analyze and address billing and coding issues
• Engage with Revenue Cycle leaders to identify missed charges and educate on changes in charge practices and medical necessity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Two years of relevant experience and one year of supervisory or team lead experience (or equivalent based on education level)
• Extensive knowledge of coding guidelines, billing regulations, and the hospital revenue cycle
• Ability to analyze complex coding and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and time management skills
