Revenue Management Director

Job Summary

To maximize overall hotel revenue for rooms and food and beverage, the full-time salaried Revenue Management Director will implement effective pricing and distribution strategies while managing revenue analytics and mentoring team members in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the hotel's revenue management and reservation team to formulate pricing strategies and inventory restrictions
• Lead ownership and asset management relationships regarding commercial strategy alongside the Director of Sales and General Manager
• Analyze monthly results of strategies and communicate findings to resort teams and ownership groups

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Revenue Manager or Director in hotel revenue management
• At least 1 year of experience leading a team in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency with Excel and related data management systems for at least 3 years
• Technical skills in managing various Revenue Management systems and tools
• Refined written and verbal communication skills
