Revenue Management Specialist

Job Summary

Managing accounts receivable functions, the full-time Revenue Management Specialist will ensure accurate and timely billing and collections while working remotely, focusing on research and resolution of outstanding patient and insurance accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Research and resolve outstanding patient and insurance credit accounts, ensuring claims are filed correctly
• Process refunds or credit reversals in accordance with departmental policies
• Analyze Accounts Receivables reports to maintain revenue integrity and identify trends

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4 years of experience in medical office billing, collections, or coding
• Strong knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-9/10 codes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to interact effectively with multiple departments and management levels
