Revenue Management Specialist
Job Summary
Providing temporary coverage for vacant Revenue Management positions, the full-time Revenue Management Specialist will manage hotel revenue strategy, including pricing and inventory controls, while collaborating with hotel leadership and corporate teams in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage hotel revenue strategy, including pricing, inventory controls, forecasting, and channel mix optimization
- Serve as a subject matter expert in revenue management systems and provide hands-on support as needed
- Analyze market trends and performance reports to develop recommendations that optimize revenue and profitability
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of revenue management experience
- Strong technical expertise in RMS, CRS, PMS, and channel management platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with multi-property revenue management preferred
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new property environments
