Revenue Manager
Job Summary
Data-driven and detail-oriented, the full-time Revenue Manager will develop and implement pricing strategies, assist with inventory management, and monitor key performance indicators to optimize financial performance across a portfolio of vacation rental properties in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies based on market conditions and competitor performance
- Assist with inventory management across all booking channels to maximize occupancy and revenue per available rental (RevPAR)
- Analyze booking data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue optimization and set revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management software and pricing tools
- Familiarity with pricing concepts and competitor benchmarking
- Ability to build pricing reports and dashboards
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to learn new software quickly
