Job Summary

Leading revenue budgeting and forecasting initiatives, the full-time salaried Revenue Manager, FP&A will manage a team in Pennsylvania, focusing on revenue performance across North America while collaborating with various commercial and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead revenue budgeting, rolling forecasts, and Annual Operating Plan submissions for North America markets
• Direct variance analysis of revenue actuals by channel and country against budget and forecasts
• Partner with commercial finance teams and Growth Intelligence & BI to inform revenue forecasts and execution strategies

Required qualifications

• Experience in revenue management and financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team
• Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, including managed care and payer environments
• Ability to analyze and consolidate complex financial data into actionable insights
• Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes in a corporate finance setting
