Revenue Manager - West Coast

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Area Revenue Manager - West Coast will manage the implementation of pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across assigned properties, ensuring accurate execution of directives from the Area Director of Revenue Management.

Key responsibilities

• Implement pricing, availability, and restriction strategies across assigned properties as directed by the Area DORM
• Prepare performance reports and support forecasting and budget variance analysis for each property
• Conduct system audits to ensure accuracy in rate loading, inventory availability, and compliance with distribution standards

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of revenue management experience in hotel settings with direct responsibility for pricing and inventory
• Hands-on experience with SynXis CRS, Duetto, and/or OPERA PMS
• Strong analytical skills to interpret booking pace and market trends
• Experience managing OTA, direct, and GDS channels with a focus on rate parity compliance
• Detail-oriented execution with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
