Revenue Operations Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Revenue Operations team, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Analyst will manage entitlement and Deal Desk operations, optimize AI-driven reporting, and support partner lifecycle processes while administering Salesforce and ensuring data integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimize Deal Desk operations, including deal structuring, approvals, and license entitlement management
- Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance reporting and streamline operational workflows across various platforms
- Support the Alliances team with partner operations, ensuring data quality and effective reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in revenue/sales operations, deal desk, or entitlement management, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including Flows and automation
- Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to improve operational workflows and reporting
- Proficiency with data analysis and BI tools such as Databricks, Excel, SQL, or Tableau
