Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support a high-growth AI and data company, the full-time Revenue Operations Analyst will design and administer compensation plans, manage commission execution, and ensure accurate attainment reporting, with the flexibility to work remotely or from the Boston office.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial leadership to design and model compensation plans that align with company strategy
• Administer compensation plans in CaptivateIQ, including quota management and plan documentation
• Measure and report on attainment metrics across various roles within the organization

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in sales compensation or revenue operations at a high-growth SaaS company
• Hands-on experience with incentive compensation platforms, preferably CaptivateIQ
• Strong understanding of compensation mechanics such as quotas, rates, and accelerators
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to reconcile data across multiple systems
• Highly organized with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and complex data inquiries
