Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Focused on efficiently managing custom quotes and order forms, the full-time Revenue Operations Support Analyst will work remotely to handle Salesforce requests, diagnose issues with agreements, and ensure accurate documentation and approvals in collaboration with the Revenue Operations Coordinator.

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently ship custom quotes and order forms, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Diagnose and resolve issues with generated agreements and Salesforce data
• Maintain the approval layer by ensuring all necessary approvals are in place before sending out documents

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of revenue operations or deal desk experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• Fluency in Salesforce, including configuration changes and data management
• Experience with DocuSign, including templates and routing
• Strong understanding of contract math, including prorations and payment schedules
• Excellent precision in document editing and written communication skills
