Revenue Operations Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing finance team, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Analyst will manage reporting and data quality, automate CRM processes, and assist with data integration for acquisitions while collaborating with program leaders and the executive team.
Key responsibilities
- Run weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and performance reporting, gradually taking ownership of the process
- Ensure CRM data cleanliness and automate manual processes for data accuracy and efficiency
- Support data migration and reconciliation for acquisitions while learning the customer and revenue data model
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in revenue operations, business intelligence, or data analytics, preferably in vertical SaaS
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) and data transformation workflows
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) and understanding of data structures and workflows
- Familiarity with BI or reporting tools (e.g., Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with AI tools for data analysis and prototyping
