Revenue Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst, the full-time remote position will manage quote-to-cash workflows, enhance data quality, and automate processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize commercial systems.
Key responsibilities
- Support and enhance quote-to-cash workflows, including CPQ, order forms, and contract changes
- Partner with Finance and GTM Engineering on billing and monetization workflows, ensuring system reconciliation
- Operate Salesforce to build reports, dashboards, and automations while maintaining data quality across systems
Required qualifications
- 3-4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or related fields
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting and automation
- Experience with CRM, CPQ, billing, or other GTM systems
- Proven ability to improve workflows and implement automation solutions
- Comfort with AI and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency
