Revenue Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Revenue Operations Analyst, this full-time remote position will manage revenue performance analysis, sales analytics, and customer revenue insights to support strategic business decisions across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze revenue performance and identify underlying drivers of variances, including customer retention and expansion
- Evaluate sales metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and seller productivity to inform resource allocation
- Develop customer cohort analyses to identify growth opportunities and risks, translating insights into actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related analytical role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience with Salesforce data and CRM reporting preferred
- Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools
