Job Summary
Detail-oriented and data-driven, the full-time Revenue Operations Analyst will manage the accuracy and intelligence of CRM data remotely, focusing on cleaning, standardizing, and enriching restaurant accounts and contacts using automation and AI tools.
Key responsibilities
- Audit and enhance account and contact records in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to standardize records and build repeatable workflows for data management
- Research and verify restaurant technology platforms, capturing relevant data to support sales and marketing efforts
Required qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or CRM data management
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including data imports and management
- Familiarity with B2B data and enrichment platforms such as ZoomInfo or Apollo
- Experience using AI tools for data cleaning and enrichment
- Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced functions like XLOOKUP and pivot tables
