Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To maintain smooth and accurate billing processes, the full-time Revenue Operations Analyst will manage invoicing operations, audit vendor data, and resolve billing inquiries while working remotely as an independent contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Manage weekly and monthly invoicing data uploads, ensuring accurate invoice generation and distribution to clients
• Audit vendor invoices and prepare credit requests to maintain accurate billing and prevent overcharges
• Perform partner revenue share calculations and create statements for distribution while troubleshooting clinic billing issues

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in data entry, billing, financial operations, or a highly analytical role
• Highly proficient in Google Workspace, particularly with advanced skills in Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting
• Strong data analysis skills with a focus on detail and accuracy to prevent billing discrepancies
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for effective interaction with clinics and vendors
