Job Summary
Managing revenue systems and CRM administration, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Analyst will oversee CRM functionality, support sales operations, and coordinate customer provisioning and billing processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator of the CRM, ensuring data integrity and supporting system enhancements
- Manage workflows for customer order forms, renewals, and contract amendments while partnering with Sales leadership to improve deal execution
- Coordinate customer provisioning and billing activities, maintaining accurate records and resolving discrepancies
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or Financial Operations
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures, workflows, and reporting
- Proficiency in data analysis and operational reporting using spreadsheets
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements
