Supporting sales, customer success, and operations in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Revenue Operations Associate will manage data quality, maintain recurring reporting, and build workflows in HubSpot to enhance organizational processes.
Key responsibilities
- Own data quality by resolving duplicates and ensuring data hygiene in HubSpot
- Build and maintain recurring reports to provide insights to relevant teams
- Create workflows and fields in HubSpot based on requests, while documenting the builds
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 0 to 2 years of experience, including new graduates and those transitioning from sales or customer success roles
- Experience using AI tools to address real-world problems
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with data in a CRM, database, or SQL
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests effectively
