Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary

Driving increased pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Manager will manage core operating rhythms, enhance analytics and reporting frameworks, and streamline processes across go-to-market teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive core operating rhythms, including forecasting updates and pipeline reviews, while refining data models for improved accuracy
• Build and maintain strategic dashboards and performance metrics to inform leadership decisions across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
• Facilitate quota allocation and support compensation planning in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations, preferably in a Fintech or SaaS environment
• Strong modeling skills in Excel and experience with BI/Dashboarding platforms like Tableau
• Extensive experience with Salesforce and other go-to-market systems such as ZoomInfo and Gong
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively and lead change in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
