Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning and optimizing the revenue technology stack, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Manager will manage Salesforce and Gong, deliver reliable reporting and analytics, and serve as an operational partner to enhance processes across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize Salesforce, Gong, and the broader revenue technology stack, ensuring data quality and user support
• Deliver reliable reporting, analytics, and commission operations to provide visibility into pipeline and sales performance
• Partner with various departments to design scalable processes across the customer lifecycle and provide day-to-day sales support

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS organization
• Strong hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including automation, reporting, and data management
• Experience with pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue performance reporting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
