Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning the operational backbone of the GTM organization, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Business Applications Manager will manage system integrations, lead technical implementations of new tools, and oversee enablement programs to support the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end configuration and integration architecture across the GTM tech stack, ensuring seamless data flow between systems
• Lead the RevOps support queue, triaging tickets and identifying recurring issues to enhance sales processes and tooling
• Build and maintain process documentation across the lead-to-cash lifecycle, addressing operational bottlenecks through redesign and automation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems, with a focus on Salesforce administration
• Deep hands-on Salesforce experience, including data model design and automation build; Salesforce Admin certification is a plus
• Experience implementing and integrating GTM tools such as Salesloft and ZoomInfo
• Proficiency in building and maintaining structured knowledge bases or enablement content platforms
• Strong prioritization skills to manage competing requests across a varied workload
