Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing marketing agency, the full-time Revenue Operations Manager will own the revenue data management in Zoho CRM, build dashboards, and ensure accurate reporting while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the revenue side of Zoho CRM, including automations and data accuracy
• Build and update revenue dashboards and scorecards using data from Zoho CRM and QuickBooks
• Coach team members on CRM usage and hold the Sales Development Representative accountable for performance metrics

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or CRM administration
• Proficiency in building dashboards and integrating CRM data with billing systems like QuickBooks
• Advanced AI usage skills, particularly with Claude, and the ability to validate AI outputs
• Strong documentation skills and fluent written and spoken English
• Preferred experience with Zoho CRM or similar platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and supporting an SDR team
