Job Summary
Owning the day-to-day operations of revenue processes, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Manager will manage operational cadences, conduct commission audits, and support sales initiatives while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational cadences, including pipeline reviews and commission audits
- Provide operational support to sales teams for customer acquisition, payments, and upsell motions
- Maintain and administer the sales tech stack, including Salesforce and connected tools, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
Required qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or Salesforce administration
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, including basic administration skills
- Experience with Power BI for building and maintaining dashboards
- Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets, particularly with large data sets
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve work processes
