Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing billing operations and accounts receivable, the full-time Revenue Operations Manager will supervise a team of Billing Analysts while collaborating cross-functionally to streamline processes, improve controls, and ensure accurate invoicing and collections in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor the Billing Analyst team to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Manage the full billing cycle, ensuring timely and contract-compliant invoicing
• Analyze billing and revenue trends to identify risks and optimize processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of billing systems, AR management, and revenue recognition principles
• Experience with complex contracts, including subscription and service-based models
• Proficiency in accounting and billing software, as well as AI tools for data analysis
