Revenue Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the systems that define the customer journey, the full-time Revenue Operations Specialist will manage account verification, billing processes, and workflow automation remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer onboarding and monetization strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own the systems for verifying, provisioning, and managing customer accounts, ensuring smooth transitions from signup to closure
• Build and maintain billing systems that simplify complex pricing and contract structures for scalability
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop internal tools and customer-facing workflows that facilitate the purchasing process

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, GTM engineering, business systems design, or similar roles
• Proficiency in APIs, data models, and SQL, with the ability to create scripts and automations
• Familiarity with SaaS billing concepts, including usage-based pricing and subscription structures
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on identifying root causes and designing for failure cases
• Experience with modern billing platforms is a plus
