Revenue Operations Specialist
Job Summary
To support a fast-growing company's go-to-market engine, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Specialist will manage inbound requests, ensure data quality in Salesforce, and maintain reporting dashboards while collaborating with the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for RevOps requests, managing ticketing and resolving Tier 1 issues
- Perform routine data audits and maintain data integrity across Salesforce and connected systems
- Own the maintenance and accuracy of standard RevOps dashboards and assist with ad hoc reporting for the commercial team
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related analytical role
- Hands-on Salesforce experience, including running reports and making data updates
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort with large data sets
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience with tools such as Outreach, Gong, or BI platforms is a plus
