Revenue Performance Strategist

Job Summary

Supporting program oversight and financial performance management, the part-time Revenue Performance Strategist will work remotely to enhance operational visibility, strengthen financial forecasting, and drive accountability for program performance across federal and commercial portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight and project management support across federal and commercial programs, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and financial objectives
• Develop and maintain standardized revenue forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance management processes across the organization
• Design and implement standardized program health reporting and executive dashboards to enhance visibility into financial, operational, and contractual performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of experience in program management, project controls, revenue operations, financial planning and analysis, or related business operations roles
• Strong understanding of revenue forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance analysis
• Experience developing and managing program health reporting and executive dashboards
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with enterprise financial or project management systems
