Revenue Recognition Accountant
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and self-motivating, the full-time remote Revenue Recognition Accountant will support revenue accounting activities with a strong focus on ASC 606 compliance, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
- Support revenue recognition activities in accordance with ASC 606 and U.S. GAAP
- Review customer contracts and documentation to determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA eligible with 1 - 3 years of professional accounting experience
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition
- Experience with non-standard, complex contracts
- Understanding of U.S. GAAP and fundamental accounting principles
