Revenue Recovery Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Revenue Recovery Manager will oversee the Denials and Follow-Up team, manage daily operations, resolve payer issues, and analyze denial trends in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Manages and develops staff by providing leadership, guidance, and resources while ensuring compliance with organizational policies
• Oversees daily operations of the Denials and Follow-Up team, monitoring productivity and quality against established KPIs
• Analyzes denial trends and presents findings to the Director, Revenue Recovery, while participating in payor-specific projects

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
• Eight years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle with a focus on denials management, including three years of supervisory experience
• In-depth knowledge of payer denial and appeal processes required
• Experience with EHR and billing/clearinghouse systems required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, required
