Revenue Recovery Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the efficiency of the Revenue Recovery process, the full-time remote Revenue Recovery Manager will oversee the Denials and Follow-Up team, manage daily operations, resolve escalated payer issues, and analyze denial trends to optimize claims resolution.

Key responsibilities:

• Manages and develops team members by providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversees daily operations of the Denials and Follow-Up team, ensuring productivity and quality meet established KPIs
• Analyzes denial trends and collaborates with the Director, Revenue Recovery to present findings and recommendations

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
• Eight years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle with a focus on denials management, including three years in a supervisory role
• In-depth knowledge of payer denial and appeal processes
• Experience with EHR and billing/clearinghouse systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
