Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of complex claims, the remote Revenue Recovery Specialist will resolve denied claims from hospital providers, ensuring timely payment while maintaining professional communication with payers and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and resolve claims denials to obtain timely payments for clients
• Prepare and submit appeals with required documentation in a timely manner
• Maintain professional relationships and communication with patients and payer representatives

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Claims experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
