Revenue Staff Accountant

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Revenue Staff Accountant will manage customer billing, accounts receivable, and collections while enhancing billing processes and ensuring compliance with revenue recognition standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Revenue Accounting team to ensure accuracy in billings and accruals, and follow up on aged accounts receivable
• Translate customer and contract requirements into billing instructions and support the quote-to-cash process
• Assist in building and implementing contracts, ensuring all billing requirements are met and tracked through go-live

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience focused on customer billing and accounts receivable
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Workday
• Strong understanding of billing and quote-to-cash processes in a SaaS environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level
• Experience managing complex billing requirements, including contract changes and invoice disputes
