Revenue Systems Director

Job Summary

Accountable for the architecture and continuous improvement of Coupa's revenue systems stack, the full-time Revenue Systems Director will manage technical direction, build integration capabilities, and ensure compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Defines and maintains the reference architecture for the revenue systems stack, establishing technical standards and evaluating architectural options
• Oversees the technical build and continuous improvement of the revenue systems, including configuration design and incident management
• Serves as the primary interface with Information Technology, ensuring compliance with information security and data privacy requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience
• Ten or more years of experience in go-to-market systems or Revenue Operations, with a focus on technical or architectural roles
• Advanced working knowledge of Salesforce, including data model and integration capabilities
• Experience implementing artificial intelligence or automation capabilities in a revenue context
• Demonstrated experience partnering with IT and Information Security in enterprise architecture processes
