Reverse Logistics Associate

Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day operations for forward and reverse logistics, the part-time Reverse Logistics Associate will assist with inventory management, customer requests, and hardware inspections while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with inventory, asset management, and e-recycling while maintaining accurate inventory records
• Utilize ticketing systems to handle customer requests and report work accomplishments
• Receive, inspect, and verify return shipments for accuracy and quality, coordinating with vendors as needed

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
• Proficiency in using ticket, inventory, and dispatch management systems
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and ability to learn new software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, if certified
