Job Summary
Managing a team of 8-12 reverse mortgage Loan Officers, the full-time Mortgage Assistant Sales Manager will conduct training, oversee lead conversions, and support team performance metrics in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct daily/weekly training sessions and call reviews for the sales team
- Screen, interview, and hire new team members to enhance the department
- Manage loan pipelines and ensure timely closings while coaching and motivating the team
Required qualifications:
- At least 2 years of reverse mortgage experience in a call center environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in managing sales teams and metrics
- Strong understanding of Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECM)
- Ability to coach and develop team members effectively
