Job Summary

Managing a full pipeline of mortgage loan files, the full-time Remote Reverse Mortgage Loan Processor will evaluate loan files for compliance, communicate status updates, and collaborate with operational departments to ensure efficient workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Effectively manage and process mortgage loan files while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Accurately review and input loan data into operational systems and order necessary vendor products
• Communicate pipeline status to retail sales channels and management, while obtaining required underwriting conditions

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in reverse mortgage loan processing
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Proficient in MS Office and capable of learning new systems
• Strong customer service and time management skills
• Highly motivated with a determination to succeed in a competitive industry
