Reverse Mortgage Processing Manager

Job Summary

Providing operations leadership in a fully remote capacity, the full-time salaried Reverse Mortgage Processing Manager will oversee processing staff, ensure compliance with guidelines, and enhance the client experience through effective management of operations and performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and train processing staff while conducting performance evaluations
• Track performance metrics and generate reports to maintain accuracy and adherence to SLAs
• Collaborate with the sales team to resolve escalations and improve process efficiency

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Reverse Operations
• Preferred experience in (DE) Underwriting
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Understanding of government and regulatory guidelines related to mortgage loans
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines effectively
