Job Summary

Providing operations leadership in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Processing Manager will supervise processing staff, ensure adherence to enterprise guidelines, and enhance the client experience through effective coaching and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise processing staff, offering guidance, training, and performance evaluations
• Track performance metrics and generate reports to ensure timely and accurate task completion
• Review escalations and resolve complex issues while collaborating with the sales team to deliver excellent customer service

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Reverse Operations experience
• Preferred experience in DE Underwriting
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Understanding of government and regulatory guidelines related to mortgage loans
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines under pressure
