Job Summary

Providing operations leadership in a fully remote environment, the full-time salaried Reverse Mortgage Processing Manager will supervise processing staff, manage client experiences, and ensure compliance with enterprise guidelines and risk frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise processing staff, offering guidance, training, and performance evaluations
• Track performance metrics and generate reports to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within required SLAs
• Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer service

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Reverse Operations experience
• Preferred experience in DE Underwriting
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Understanding of government, regulatory, and company guidelines
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines under pressure
