Experienced in processing a full pipeline of reverse mortgages, the fully remote Reverse Mortgage Loan Processor will independently manage loans from application through closing while ensuring compliance with FHA, HUD, and company guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Independently manage a full pipeline of reverse mortgage loans from application through closing
- Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Serve as a primary point of contact for borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and third parties
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of recent reverse mortgage loan processing experience
- Current experience independently managing a full reverse mortgage pipeline
- Strong knowledge of FHA, HUD, and reverse mortgage guidelines
- Experience working with senior borrowers and reverse mortgage products
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
